UN Economic Affairs (Trade Policy) Internship 2026
The UN Economic Affairs (Trade Policy) Internship is a United Nations internship opportunity with the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand. The internship focuses on international trade, trade policy, research, data analysis, and policy development.
Eligibility:
Must be enrolled in or have completed a graduate-level programme, or be in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree
Academic background in Economics, International Trade Economics, Development Economics, Econometrics, Data Analysis, or International Law is preferred
Strong written and spoken English skills
Experience or knowledge in trade policy, development policy, data analysis, or related areas is an advantage
Applicants with skills in Excel, R, Python, SQL, web scraping, or data analysis may be given priority
